The Sessions
Depending on the type of session booked, each session would either be 60 or 90 minutes and can be conducted on the phone, video call, or in-person at my office in the Seacoast of New Hampshire area. We will ensure that we have a quiet and private surrounding during the session. After the initial “discovery process” to find clarity on what your goals are and where you are at within your journey, we will co-create and design sessions accordingly. Various tools, techniques, and processes will be used, and if needed, healing work as well.
Prior to the first session, a Coaching Agreement will be signed and payment will be processed. We value confidentiality, respect, integrity, quality and ethics.

Please give 24 hours notice when cancelling or changing an appointment. If 24 hours is not given you may be responsible for the full cost of the session.
